Beecham Research’s IoT security study includes an initial report that examines the current security issues that need to be addressed for an effective and developing IoT market. Exclusively, the report also covers Government requirements in Europe and North America for security of what is increasingly being referred to as Critical Infrastructure, of which the Internet of Things is a part.
This first report is a significant component of a larger study that includes substantial industry collaboration – covering silicon device vendors and extending across all major industry stakeholders – followed by publication of frameworks for an array of use cases.
This study will provide a rich source of information and recommendations for planning development and implementation of IoT security in end-to-end
solutions. As such, it is a unique, strategic study with massive added value for all parts of the IoT value chain – from semiconductor vendors to device manufacturers, network operators, system integrators and service providers.
Press Release: IoT security must be fixed for the long term says Beecham Research report.
